If there’s one thing I’ve learned after years of cooking on retreats, it’s that food can be one of the deepest forms of healing. This March, I’m co-hosting our first Soultivation Retreat, a week devoted to nourishment, connection, and renewal on the island of Mallorca. The heart of this retreat is the kitchen, the hearth, where food becomes medicine, and cooking turns into a form of meditation. We’ll gather to create natural ferments, visit an olive oil farm and local market, and cook nourishing meals together. Our in-house chef, Paulo will be serving us fresh, seasonal meals to share together daily. Each day flows gently, morning yoga and breath work with Callie, a complementary session of bodywork with Louka, and quiet time to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
